Imperial Sugar Plant Description of work: Fabrication and installation of over 87,000 lbs. of ductwork (85% TDC galvanized; 10% S & Drive galvanized; 5% stainless) to provide approximately 525 tons of cooling for the Packaging Building with multiple lines and required expedited equipment deliveries from vendors while the design teams were finalizing their designs. Freeman's sheet metal shop fabricated and delivered over 50,000 lbs of ductwork in the first two weeks. Solid decision making processes, open communication, an overall commitment to keep the project on task as well as safety being a #1 priority, the team completed this project in a little over 4 months.
