Freeman Mechanical, Inc. is a full-service mechanical contracting firm, providing expertise in the design, installation and maintenance of mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems. Specialties include high quality installation of HVAC systems – chilled water, hot water, steam and process piping – plumbing and process exhaust and waste collection systems.

Freeman is headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, and operates a 32,000 square foot facility on Whitmire Drive which houses the administrative offices, warehouse, and service department. Our fully equipped metal fabrication shop has been expanded to over 15,000 square feet.

The IT systems include upgraded accounting software with proprietary mechanical construction software. The company uses Quick-Pen estimating software, as well as a job cost tracking system and AutoCad for engineering drawings.

But our real focus is on our company’s most vital assets – our customers and our employees. Our mission is to provide reliable service in an honorable manner in harmony with our customers.
