Mr. Gillespie, owner of Freeman Mechanical, Inc. since December, 2001, has over 50 years experience in the mechanical contracting industry. Mr. Gillespie was owner and CEO of Davis Mechanical Contractors, Inc. from 1965-1995, the 3rd largest open shop mechanical company in the United States.

Prior to 1965, Mr. Gillespie owned and operated Associates Engineers, Inc. He was also employed by Lockwood Greene and Daniel Construction.
